Kyroshiu Consultants Ltd ("we") operates this website. This notice explains what we collect and why. It is deliberately short, because we collect very little.
What this site collects
This website serves static files. It sets no cookies, runs no third-party scripts, and does not track you across sites. Our content delivery network records standard server logs — IP address, timestamp, requested path and user agent — which are retained for a short period for security and diagnostics.
If you contact us
When you email us or book a call, we process the contact details and content you provide in order to respond and, where relevant, to discuss and deliver services. We keep that correspondence for as long as we have a business relationship, and for the period afterwards required by tax and company law.
Legal basis
- Legitimate interests — responding to enquiries, securing and operating the site.
- Contract — where we are performing or preparing to perform services for you.
- Legal obligation — where retention is required by law.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We use a small number of processors to run the business — hosting and content delivery, email, and calendar scheduling — each bound by contract to process data only on our instructions. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, it is covered by an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or request portability. Email contact@kyroshiuconsultants.com and we will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus at dataprotection.gov.cy, or with the supervisory authority in your own country.
